Cuong H. Duong

Cuong was appointed Linxens President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2020.
Senior international executive with broad financial leadership skills, Cuong has nearly 30 years of international experience, of which more than 15 in the smart card industry. Prior to his current appointment, he was Linxens Chief Financial Officer covering Finance & IT. Formerly Cuong worked at FCI Microconnections, which became Linxens in 2011, where he was Corporate Vice President and Group Controller from 2007. He previously held senior financial positions at Faurecia, Western Union International, Schlumberger and Philip Morris/Kraft General Foods.
He is experienced in mergers & acquisition, corporate strategy, financial communications and roadshows. Multicultural and multilingual, Cuong was a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, USA.
Arnaud Brunetière
Executive Vice President
Government & IoT Solutions

Arnaud was appointed Linxens Chief Operation Officer in March 2020. Since January 2024, Arnaud takes on the role of EVP of Linxens Government & IoT solutions.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, Arnaud has held positions including Production Supervisor, Lean Manager, Production Line Manager and Plant Director with Valeo, an automotive supplier, as well as Industrial Operations Director with solar panel manufacturer, Tenesol, now SunPower. During his international career, Arnaud has worked in Spain, the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom. Arnaud joined Linxens in 2012 as Group Operations Vice President.
Arnaud holds an Engineering Degree from ICAM (Institut Catholique des Arts and Metiers) and is a graduate of IAE (Institut d'Administration des Entreprises), Aix en Provence.
Prior to his current position, since December 2018, he was Linxens Senior Vice-President of Finance, Transport and Access Business Unit.
Hanh Guzelian
Executive Vice President
Chief Financial Officer & IS

Hanh was appointed Linxens Chief Financial Officer in 2021.
Hanh has more than 25 years of extensive financial, IT and operational experience in international companies. Prior to joining Linxens, she was CFO of ST Dupont (Euronext: DPT), where she was responsible for the strategic financial direction and day-to-day financial management of the group. Before joining ST Dupont, she was Western Europe Zone Director for the Remy Cointreau group where her primary responsibility was to identify and prioritize business development activities to deliver Brand strategies. Prior to that, she was CFO at Le Monde from 1993 to 2001, before becoming Finance and IT Director at Alcan for six years.
Hahn graduated from the ESSEC Business School with a major in Finance, in 1989 and is also a Chartered Accountant.
Arnaud Lay

Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel

Arnaud was appointed Linxens General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in January 2016. Arnaud started his career as a lawyer with the Pechiney group, where he stayed for six years before joining the Materis group as Director of Legal Affairs in 2002.
Yvan Malépart

Smartcard & Healthcare

Yvan was appointed Senior Vice President Global Sales & Marketing in December 2021. Since January 2024, Yvan assumes the position of EVP of Linxens Smartcard & Healthcare.
Yvan has more than 30 years’ experience in large multinationals, notably in the medical devices industry. Along his professional path he held senior management positions in Sanofi, Covidien and Johnson & Johnson. Yvan is a business graduate of HEC Montréal and has subsequently attended various international programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, London Business School and MIT.
Prior to joining Linxens, Yvan was President and CEO of Macopharma, where he was responsible for transforming, restructuring, and developing the company.
Patrick Roux

Chief People Officer & Communications

Patrick was appointed Linxens Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Communications in 2019.
Patrick has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources in high-performing, fast-paced, matrix organizations.
His HR experience spans several sectors including Telecom, Semiconductors, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical, where he has held several senior HR positions in large multinationals including Motorola, Freescale Semiconductor and Mylan. Prior to joining Linxens, Patrick was Vice-President HR, Europe and Canada for Smith & Nephew, based in Switzerland.
